What you'll do

• Provide customer service and support to applicants
• source and recruit qualified candidates
• maintain a network of trade contacts
• develop and implement recruiting strategies
• participate in construction association networking
• conduct pre-employment screening and reference checks as needed
• communicate job skills and expectations
• assess candidate experience and training for safe placement
• assign employees to customer sites based on skills and requirements
• maintain accurate assignment and employee information in Avionte
• support branch staffing coverage and operations
• coach employees and assist with process improvements.
