What you'll do

• Provide learning and care for young children
• conduct screening and assessment and identify developmental needs
• design and deliver early childhood education and curriculum
• communicate with team members and parents
• use trauma-informed practices
• and maintain compliance with DHS Rule 3, NAEYC, Head Start, certification, and safety standards.
