SIEM Content Developer

What you'll do

• Research and develop threat-detection use cases
• collaborate with stakeholders and cybersecurity tool SMEs to identify protection and analytics gaps
• develop scripts to enhance SIEM functionality
• review and improve data feeds
• set alerting priorities for critical systems
• create program- and application-specific signatures
• maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, SPL, or similar tools
• apply log-format, MITRE ATT&CK, network architecture, and Defense-in-Depth knowledge
• assess coverage gaps and recommend priorities
• advise customer cybersecurity leadership.
