What you'll do

• Lead guest services, finance, facilities, housekeeping, safety, referrals, and operational support
• develop operational goals and performance indicators
• supervise and develop department leaders
• improve policies, procedures, workflows, and systems
• oversee budgets, financial controls, contracts, and operational reporting
• strengthen healthcare referral partnerships
• lead facilities planning, risk management, emergency preparedness, safety, and compliance.
