The Ceramics Shell Process Engineer is an onsite role based in Euclid, OH. Compensation is not specified. This role exists to drive continuous process improvements, reduce process variation, and optimize manufacturing performance in the shell department. What you'll do

  • Interact with Manufacturing Managers to implement changes to processes, techniques, and fixtures.
  • Assess changes required in production and develop ways to sustain improvements.
  • Manage all clean and cap department incoming materials.
  • Cooperate professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain SPC control charts.
  • Investigate handling-related scrap and shell process defects using root cause analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain work procedures.
