Finance Manager - Data Center Utilization

The Finance Manager - Data Center Utilization position is full-time and onsite in Seattle, WA, with travel required. Compensation is $160,000–$195,000 per year, plus bonus. Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through AI infrastructure. The manager evaluates the financial value and risk of unused or underused committed data center capacity, power, and compute. The role translates technical and probabilistic models into financial recommendations and helps stakeholders decide how to monetize or reclaim capacity responsibly.

What you'll do

• Identify and size capacity, power, and compute opportunities that are not converting to revenue
• partner with Capacity Planning, Product Management, deal desk, and legal
• translate technical models into expected value and risk
• recommend and defend risk decisions
• build financial frameworks for validated opportunities and support live decisions.
