Account Resource Manager

The Account Resource Manager role is onsite in Lakewood, WA. Compensation is $19–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Manage aged and open service calls
• monitor SLA response and escalate calls at risk of missing service levels
• manage first-time resolution and investigate cancelled calls
• perform service audits
• coordinate open parts orders
• identify service and process improvements
• liaise with dispatch teams, district service managers, client representatives, and technicians
• validate repairs
• manage disaster recovery protocols and robbery incident processes
• attend client calls
• participate in after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
