What you'll do

• Analyze the assigned geographic market and target service-department roofing sales
• develop business plans and sales strategies
• coordinate action plans to enter new markets
• review market analyses and sales statistics
• develop the customer base
• obtain pricing through appropriate estimating channels
• represent the company at trade association events when requested
• maintain pricing, sales, and activity records
• develop marketing and sales materials
• attend job walks and prepare takeoffs by measuring and documenting roof-site variables.
