Crew Chief — Restaurant Team Leadership

Job overview

The Crew Chief role is onsite in Grand Junction, CO, and pays $16–$18 per hour. The position supports IHOP's restaurant team and customer service through staff readiness, training, and shift operations.

What you'll do

• Help prepare personnel, equipment, and supplies
• assign employee duties and encourage teamwork
• communicate menu items, specials, and promotions
• assist with new-hire orientation and training and provide refresher training
• supervise employee performance and behavior
• review time cards and adjust schedules
• enforce portion control and security procedures
• check deliveries
• handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
