Before and After School Program Group Leader

The Before and After School Program Group Leader role is onsite at Adams Elementary School in Norman, OK, Monday–Friday, 2:30–6:00 p.m.; pay is $15 per hour. AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to engage students beyond the school day. The group leader guides students through daily curriculum activities in a safe, supportive environment. The role helps children learn and grow through activities in world languages, STEAM, fitness, maker projects, and arts while building relationships with students, families, teammates, and school staff.

Why this role
