What you'll do

• Contact customers in early-stage collections
• handle high call volumes and phone, email, web, and fax transactions
• offer payment options to address early delinquency
• explain auto loan terms
• submit loans for repossession and request proof of insurance as needed
• follow FDCPA collection law
• communicate professionally in English and Spanish.
