What you'll do

• Provide clear member benefit information
• assist members and providers with authorizations, assignments, eligibility, claim status, and coverage questions
• research inquiries and coordinate follow-up
• maintain department policies, procedures, workflows, and call scripts
• support and train staff
• handle first-level call escalations
• document calls and maintain accurate member information
• review member services notes and satisfaction survey results
• comply with HIPAA.
