What you'll do

• Set up pool and beach areas to property standards
• greet residents and assist with lounge covers, towels, and umbrellas
• support proper use of amenities
• monitor association rules
• report malfunctions and maintenance needs
• work with the Maintenance Supervisor on beach equipment
• remove dirty towels and trash
• organize pool furniture
• complete daily checklists.
