Event Party Coordinator

What you'll do

• Respond to birthday party requests by phone and website
• contact booked event organizers with details and answer questions
• book parties by phone and with walk-in guests
• coordinate event schedules and party-area execution
• update reports
• cash out parties
• help oversee hosts with cleaning, food delivery, and banquet setup
• handle guest issues with operations support
• answer calls and emails
• assist with event hosting, restocking, and cleaning
• support the GIFT program and outreach as directed by the sales director.
