What you'll do

• Advise customers on cannabis products and safe use
• verify age and legal identification
• process payments and online or delivery orders
• weigh, package, and label products in accordance with OLCC regulations
• complete opening and closing procedures
• manage keys, register assignments, cash and tip drops
• oversee returns and customer concerns
• coordinate staff breaks and lunches
• monitor stock and communicate inventory needs.
