What you'll do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for paving and civil site construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents.
• Perform detailed digital takeoffs.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
• Identify potential risks and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Review historical cost data.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Assign administrative work related to estimating.
• Understand various bid packages from public and private sectors.
