What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
• manage shift operations within food cost, labor, utility, and sales guidelines
• lead the team in customer service, quality, and cleanliness
• assist the general manager with operating plans and initiatives
• participate in interviewing, training, and discipline under general manager guidance
• complete required programs, reports, and legal documents
• communicate business issues and opportunities
• maintain restaurant equipment and report problems.
