What you'll do

• Lead global leasing, acquisition, and disposition transactions
• manage end-to-end transaction lifecycle
• develop transaction strategies
• conduct market assessments and financial evaluations
• negotiate with landlords
• partner with Legal on lease agreements
• manage brokerage relationships
• support portfolio planning and optimization
• develop annual transaction budgets.
