What you'll do

• Provide timely service in person, by phone, email, and other channels
• assist with account inquiries, billing, payments, service requests, and cooperative information
• maintain accurate member records
• process service orders, connections, disconnections, transfers, and related transactions
• process payments and balance cash receipts as assigned
• resolve concerns and account discrepancies
• explain policies, programs, rates, energy services, and payment options
• support products and member-engagement initiatives
• coordinate with other departments
• prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation.
