What you'll do

• Set up, start, operate, monitor, and shut down production equipment
• make adjustments and respond safely to malfunctions, jams, and product defects
• perform product changeovers and quality checks
• verify fill weights, package integrity, coding, and appearance
• clean and sanitize equipment
• complete production, quality, downtime, and sanitation records
• assist with routine equipment care and maintenance
• follow safety, GMP, food safety, and quality procedures.
