Screw Machine Operator — Second Shift

The Screw Machine Operator role is onsite in Orchard Park, NY, on the second shift from 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay is $24.00–$29.00 per hour, plus a 10% shift differential. McGard manufactures precision-engineered automotive security products and components. The operator runs screw machines and performs setup, tool changes, inspections, and routine maintenance to produce parts that meet specifications. The role supports production quality by checking parts, maintaining equipment and work areas, and reporting tooling or production issues.

What you'll do

• Operate screw machines
• set and change collets, feed tubes, feed fingers, drills, and tools
• inspect tools and parts using gauges
• adjust tools to meet print specifications
• load bar stock
• perform routine maintenance
• keep the work area orderly
• complete time slips and quality inspections.
