What you'll do

• Lead, coach, recruit, onboard, and train retail sales employees
• conduct performance reviews and development planning
• drive revenue and sales goals
• monitor sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
• identify customer acquisition and retention opportunities
• resolve customer concerns
• ensure product knowledge
• manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, merchandising, and policy compliance
• analyze reports and business metrics.
