Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, painting, and groundskeeping
• complete service requests, callbacks, and work orders
• turn vacant apartments
• maintain pool and spa
• identify safety hazards
• keep the shop and supplies organized
• respond to after-hours calls and emergencies
• communicate with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
