What you'll do

• Direct, schedule, coach, and mentor Level 1 NOC team members
• oversee monitoring and patching of servers, wireless access points, switches, and firewalls
• collaborate on outages and high-priority incidents
• identify opportunities to shift work from Level 2 and 3 to Level 1
• ensure ticket documentation and escalations
• support data-anomaly investigations
• maintain application documentation
• identify procedure gaps and maintain standard operating procedures.
