What you'll do
- Receive parts calls and assist walk-in customers
- process paperwork and cash, check, and credit card transactions
- address customer needs and escalate issues when needed
- help source complex parts and alternatives using systems and catalogs in collaboration with technicians. Maintain the customer parts area and warehouse, follow health, safety, and environmental requirements, and use personal protective equipment. Other assigned parts duties may include stock management, shipping and receiving, inventory tasks, and core processing.
