What you'll do

• Manage construction, capital improvement, and facility infrastructure projects from planning through completion
• coordinate engineering, design, procurement, construction, and closeout
• manage budgets, spending, costs, and potential overruns
• maintain schedules, resources, and milestones
• coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• oversee projects involving HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and related building systems
• monitor construction progress, contractor performance, quality, and compliance
• identify risks and resolve technical, construction, and operational issues
• communicate status, budget updates, schedule changes, and risks
• ensure work follows building codes, safety standards, environmental requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
