Foreclosure Sales Paralegal

The paralegal manages mortgage foreclosure sale matters from final judgment through receipt of the certificate of title or third-party sale proceeds. The work includes preparing sale documents, handling court filings, coordinating hearings, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.

What you'll do

• Handle foreclosure files from final judgment through receipt of the Certificate of Title or third-party sale proceeds
• calculate and enter bids on the foreclosure sale website
• publish sale notices
• prepare Certificates of Sale, Title, and Disbursements
• address post-sale issues
• e-file and e-serve pleadings
• set hearings
• and communicate with clients and opposing counsel using client systems.
