What you'll do

• Sell GM Genuine Parts, ACDelco products, accessories, and related components
• assist customers with parts identification, pricing, availability, and ordering
• use GM parts catalogs and dealership management systems
• maintain wholesale and retail customer relationships
• prospect for customers and sales opportunities
• prepare quotes and follow up
• monitor backorders and special orders
• coordinate order fulfillment
• process orders, returns, credits, and warranty transactions
• maintain customer information and sales records.
