The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. Pay is $16.50 per hour. The role supports Cherry Hill Programs’ seasonal Santa photo operations, creating holiday experiences for children and families. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager helps prepare and run daily photo operations, support and develop the seasonal team, drive sales and service, and resolve guest concerns. The role also assists with staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, equipment setup, and administrative tasks to help deliver a smooth and memorable guest experience.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.

Why this role

Photography experience is not required. Must be at least 18 and available for pre-season training and a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods; minimum availability is 20 hours per week or as needed.
