What you'll do

• Assume primary responsibility for resident health care services
• participate in service planning and maintain service plans
• recommend health care service goals and assist with implementation
• coach, orient, and train RN staff, including LPNs, with the Administrator
• provide clinical services to residents when needed
• implement and maintain the delegation process under Oregon State Board of Nursing requirements.
