The Optometrist role is an onsite position in Holly Springs, NC. Base salary is $165,000–$175,000 per year, with bonus potential based on a percentage of net revenue from the optometrist’s patients, including optical sales. The role is with a doctor-led private optometry practice offering full-scope, patient-centered care. The optometrist provides comprehensive eye care, diagnoses and manages ocular disease, prescribes corrective lenses, and educates patients on eye health. The role contributes to patient care and outcomes while working with support staff and maintaining accurate records.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
• diagnose and manage conditions including glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy
• prescribe corrective lenses and fit contact lenses
• educate patients on eye health and preventive care
• collaborate with support staff
• maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical best practices. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Friday, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• occasional half-day Saturdays every couple of months.
