What you'll do

• Provide universal member support for operational activities and financial services
• resolve member inquiries, concerns, and issues
• maintain knowledge of service offerings, benefits, policies, procedures, and account rules
• provide leadership, training, and technical and operational support to coworkers and staff
• safeguard member information
• comply with Bank Secrecy Act provisions. Schedule is 40 hours Monday–Friday between 8:45 a.m. and 5:45 p.m., plus rotating Saturdays 8:45 a.m.–1:15 p.m.
