What you'll do

• Administer US employee benefits and respond to benefit inquiries
• coordinate with carriers, brokers, consultants, and administrators
• support open enrollment, communications, and renewals
• analyze participation, utilization, and costs
• support compliance and compensation activities including benchmarking, salary analysis, merit reviews, and incentives
• develop reports and dashboards
• use analytics, AI, and automation to improve Total Rewards processes.
