What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of tenants
• assist with program documentation and access to benefits, health care, education, employment, and legal aid
• support activities of daily living
• develop individual service plans with tenants
• maintain required documentation
• use harm-reduction and trauma-informed approaches, including motivational interviewing.
