The Behavioral Health Counselor (LSW, LPC, LPCC, LISW) role is an onsite, full-time position in Cincinnati, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation is not specified. DeCoach Recovery Centre provides addiction treatment and evidence-based care for people with substance use disorders. The counselor assesses client needs, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides individual and group counseling to support behavioral health and long-term recovery. The role works with a multidisciplinary team, maintains clinical documentation, and provides crisis support when needed.

What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based, strengths-based, and person-centered approaches
• collaborate with mental health professionals and participate in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision
• maintain clinical documentation
• provide crisis intervention and coordinate appropriate resources
• advocate for culturally competent and inclusive care.
