What you'll do

• Follow charting and incident-reporting procedures
• follow procedures for narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and physician orders
• document changes in residents’ conditions
• notify relevant departments about room changes, leaves of absence, admissions, and discharges
• make physician rounds when needed and communicate condition changes to physicians, families, and the Director of Nursing.
