The role exists to help deliver individualized, safe therapeutic programming and support the growth and development of youth in the residential program. Working with the Program Manager or Director and an interdisciplinary team, the assistant helps plan programming, support staffing, and maintain a positive program environment.

• Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment

Why this role

The schedule is Wednesday–Saturday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; a two-week paid orientation in Rutland, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., is required. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with an additional $250 bonus for MAP certification.
