The leader builds the store team and customer base while managing sales, merchandising, operations, and community engagement to establish the store as a neighborhood destination.

What you'll do

• Own store sales performance
• build customer relationships through clienteling and follow-up
• lead and coach the sales floor
• recruit, hire, and develop staff
• execute visual merchandising and product storytelling
• analyze sales and customer feedback
• manage vendor relationships
• organize events and local partnerships
• oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, facilities, and store standards.
