What you'll do

• Receive workers’ compensation claims and confirm coverage and acknowledgement
• investigate validity and compensability and file required state documentation
• establish reserves and authorize payments within authority limits
• develop claim action plans with case and outcomes managers
• coordinate return-to-work efforts
• manage subrogation, litigation, and recoveries
• report claims to excess carriers when applicable
• communicate claim status
• follow client, carrier, and state requirements
• maintain customer relationships.
