This role coordinates front desk operations and supports the practice’s billing and claims workflow, helping patients and insurers navigate appointments, coverage verification, and payment follow-up.

What you'll do

• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• present treatment plans
• verify Medicaid, CHIP, and PPO insurance
• submit claims online, by mail, and by fax
• review EOBs and aging reports to follow up on claim payment
• coordinate front desk activities and manage back-office staff.
