Manager RN Labor and Delivery

Administer, analyze, and appraise patient care within the designated Nursing Unit. Advise hospital management on patient care status, budgetary projections, and quality improvement processes. Anticipate and estimate future departmental needs to enhance patient care quality. Function as a resource for staff and assist in their education to promote clinical competence.
