What you'll do

• Provide patient-centered clinical care
• perform initial and ongoing assessments
• communicate and document assessments with the interdisciplinary team
• develop, document, and revise individualized plans of care
• follow safety, medication-administration, and documentation policies
• complete required research utilization, continuing education, in-services, and health screens
• and maintain Basic Life Support certification. The schedule is nights, every other weekend, and every other holiday.
