What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end project workstream delivery and timelines
• coordinate with partner teams
• guide unstructured problem-solving using business acumen and analytics
• design, optimize, and monitor SMB and consumer fraud strategies across card-present and card-not-present transactions, identity and synthetic fraud, first-party fraud, and account takeover
• develop rules-based and score-based strategies
• analyze fraud spikes, attack patterns, and vendor performance
• identify emerging fraud trends
• communicate with client senior leaders and build client relationships.
