Tour Business Manager

The Tour Business Manager is based onsite in Ellenton, FL, and supports live entertainment engagements in the United States and/or foreign countries. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Coordinate with corporate, tour, promoter, and venue representatives
• review engagement contracts and addenda
• validate box office statements
• track complimentary tickets
• prepare pre-settlements and conduct final settlements
• account for show expenses and taxes
• facilitate vendor payments
• monitor budgets
• compile payroll information
• prepare reports
• manage expense reports and purchase orders.
