What you'll do

• Provide registration, schedule-change, and withdrawal services
• maintain databases and process registration transactions
• resolve registration issues involving scheduling, financial aid, debts, and credentials
• update student records
• assist prospective and current students in person, by phone, and by email
• protect confidential records under FERPA
• receive applications and evaluate transcripts
• enter application data and identify missing credentials
• provide admissions and registration information
• generate transcripts and report required data
• determine residency status
• participate in safety drills and training.
