Psychotherapist — Outpatient Behavioral Health

The Psychotherapist role is onsite in East Orange, NJ, with some telehealth services potentially required. The hourly pay range is $41–$44. What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and use evidence-based tools for information gathering and diagnosis
• provide individual psychotherapy and psychoeducational group therapy for adults in an outpatient setting
• deliver treatment based on assessments and treatment plans
• identify signs of abuse and provide appropriate counsel or referrals
• participate in multidisciplinary treatment team and staff meetings
• document patient interactions
• provide crisis and behavioral intervention
• engage in weekly clinical supervision.
