What you'll do

• Manage the Resident Experience Program
• create group, individual, and one-on-one activities based on residents’ needs and interests
• evaluate and coordinate community events
• publish monthly event calendars using LifeLoop
• encourage resident participation
• manage departmental goals and budget
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team members and volunteers
• and serve as Manager on Duty when assigned. The role may involve driving a company vehicle and requires availability for varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
