Appliance Sales Specialist

The specialist helps customers select appliances that fit their needs and budgets, develops sales through follow-up and product knowledge, and coordinates with delivery, service, and other departments to support the customer experience and store performance.

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships and identify needs, priorities, and budgets.
• Guide customers through appliance selections and present relevant accessories, protection plans, financing options, and additional products.
• Follow up on quotes, leads, and customers who have not purchased.
• Work toward sales and performance goals, follow established sales processes, and coordinate with delivery and service teams.
