What you'll do

• Receive and prepare soiled items for dishwashing
• clean china, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and silverware
• transport garbage and recycling
• stock plates, towels, soap, and chemicals
• clean floors and work areas
• return cleaning equipment to storage
• maintain a sanitary environment.
