The strategist owns customer value metrics and cross-functional processes to improve time to value, engagement, and outcomes. The role works with Sales/GTM, Product Operations, Product, and Customer Success on customer playbooks, agentic workflow monitoring, and implementation and business roadmaps.

• Own customer value metrics

• manage internal analytics, product surface, content, and communications processes
• monitor and improve agentic workflows, including evaluations, system prompts, templates, and customer workflows
• collaborate with GTM and Customer Success on implementation and business roadmaps.
